FAQ's for Field Users

>  What if I can’t find the vendor on my list?

>  Type in “ N O T” it will take you to “not on list”

>  What if my name is not on the list?

>  Establish an internet connection then open and close the program twice letting it refresh both times.

>  What if I do not have a blue light on the front of my printer?

>  Please check your connections on the back of the printer and confirm you have power.

>  What if my printer is plugged into a splitter and it will not work.?

>  DO NOT PLUG the Code-Rite printer into a splitter because it will confuse the printer drivers.

>  What if I have power but my printer will not print?

>  Please check your connections on the back of the printer and confirm the USB is plugged into the computer.

>  What if I hit print and it still does not print?

> Go to Start / control panel / printers and faxes / and “delete any trapped documents”. Attempt printing again. If that does not work then please call tech support at 403 650 4685.

>  How do I return my Code-Rite unit?

>  Place the unit in the return supplied bag in the box and take it to your nearest Greyhound station.
